Beetliner Large

Beetliner Large with a bunker size of 30 m³, the “Large” covers the middle lifting technology segment. Here, too, there are 2-axles with steerable front and rear axles and additional double-articulated steering, for optimum manoeuvrability.
Because of the bunker size and the yield-dependent load capacity, we took the issue of soil compression very seriously. In order to keep pressure on the soil down to a minimum, the rear axle is fitted with permanent twin tyres in the size 620/75-R34, which permits operation at a very low air pressure. This means a larger contact area is maintained and the ground structure is gently driven over in all situations, and only slightly compressed. Setup times for field and road mode are no longer required, and the adjusted track width of the wheels to each other prevent dirt from accumulating. A further synergy effect is slope stability and low energy consumption for this chassis design.
